Donations
Donations made through this website are voluntary and support SevaTrust Foundation's charitable objectives. Please ensure the details you provide are accurate.
Use of funds
Funds are applied towards our programmes and operations. Where a donation is made for a specific appeal, we apply it to that purpose, or to a similar purpose if that appeal is fully funded or cannot proceed.
Tax receipts
Where eligible, a donation receipt (including any applicable tax-exemption details such as 80G) is issued to the details you provide.
No goods or services
A donation is a charitable contribution and is not a payment for goods or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where SevaTrust Foundation is registered.
